Not a topic tag — a specific, teachable error. Two students can miss the same question for opposite reasons, and the model refuses to treat that as the same event.
Selection runs on the misconception, not the topic. Miss it at level 3 and you don't get an easier question about indices — you get the exact sub-skill underneath the one you dropped.

Anyone can fine-tune on a WAEC syllabus — it is a PDF. What nobody has is a record of how Nigerian students actually get it wrong: which distractor an SS3 student in Aba reaches for at 11pm, which stem wording collapses comprehension, which two topics get confused for each other every single year.
